Customer Care Executive
Deliver prompt and professional solutions for customer inquires via phone, email, online chat etc.

Leading and driving the BetKing external capability agenda to agents and cashiers
Evaluate current learning paths through surveys, observation, and feedback; and recommend necessary improvements.

Managing & Co-ordination of training activities & programme of the customer experience team.
Formulate and drive training plan in line with organization’s objectives
Managing & Coordinating Induction, Orientation & on boarding sessions for Trainees/New employees and arrange on-the-job training for new employees.
Coordinating and implementing content development, programme facilitation and coordination of product & Services, processes and Leadership Development Programmes & Team Management.
